Group of Host is called cluster in vmware. In vmware
Cluster, host’s resources acts as a part of Cluster resource. vCenter
manages cluster resource like a single pool of resources.
According to our requirement we can go for vSphere High Availability

Ø
Protection against hardware failures

Planned maintenance with zero downtime

and disasters
Clusters are used for 3 things-
